Data is loaded from the Brain API when available. Set BRAIN_API_URL and NEXT_PUBLIC_BRAIN_API_URL in your deployment (e.g. Vercel) to connect. WebSocket alerts require NEXT_PUBLIC_WS_ALERTS_ENABLED=true when the Brain exposes /ws/alerts.

Operations Map search regions are stored in browser localStorage and persist across sessions. Use "Refresh persistent memory" on the Operations Map page to reload from storage.
